Poleasingowy laptops: Polish grades A, A- and B

"Poleasingowy" means ex-lease: a business laptop that a company leased for two or three years before it was sold on. At cebit.pl, Klasa A, A- and B describe how the case and screen look, and all three work fully. In your Market, this site tracks refurbished laptops across 4 shops, seen 11 October 2026.

What "poleasingowy" means

Polish shops sell refurbished laptops under one word: "poleasingowy". The word names where the machine came from. cebit.pl, a Polish shop this site tracks, defines it: "Laptopy poleasingowe to sprzęt klasy biznesowej, który był używany zwykle przez okres 2-3 lat przez firmy w ramach umowy leasingu, a po odsprzedaniu go leasingodawcy trafił na rynek wtórny." In short, a company used it for two or three years, and then it came back to the market.

You will see two other Polish words:

  • Używany means used. It says nothing about who used the laptop or whether anyone checked it.
  • Odnowiony means restored. It says what was done to the machine, not where it came from.

cebit.pl draws the line between poleasingowy and plain used itself: "Laptopy poleasingowe w przeciwieństwie do zwykłych używanych laptopów z rynku wtórnego były regularnie serwisowane w ramach leasingu operacyjnego w firmach, dzięki czemu są sprzedawane w bardzo dobrym stanie technicznym." That is the shop's claim, not a legal standard. On the Polish pages of this site, "poleasingowy" is the one word we use for refurbished, because it is the word Polish shops and Polish buyers use.

The Polish grade scale: A, A- and B

A Polish shop states the condition as a class ("klasa"). cebit.pl publishes its own table of three classes. The table gives the look of each class:

  • Klasa A: "Doskonały (jakość fabrycznie nowa, zgodna z normą ISO 13406-2)". The shop names a screen standard here, ISO 13406-2.
  • Klasa A-: "Bardzo dobry (delikatne ślady, bez wpływu na pracę)".
  • Klasa B: "Widoczne ślady użytkowania (nie wpływają na komfort pracy)". For the screen and the case, the same table allows "Dopuszczalne plamki, rysy, wgniecenia, pęknięcia obudowy, luzy w zawiasach, przebarwienia lub wytarta klawiatura".

For A- and B, the shop adds a limit: "Maksymalnie 2 wady jednocześnie. Wszystkie mankamenty dokładnie opisane w ofercie". So each defect is written in the offer. Read it before you buy.

The same table marks all three classes "100% sprawny" (fully working). The shop says it plainly: "Różnica zauważalna jest wyłącznie w stanie wizualnym." The class is about looks. This is the same rule that the shops in our guide to refurbished laptop grades follow.

cebit.pl publishes no Klasa C. No Polish Source this site tracks defines one, so we do not say what a C means.

A1, A4 and A7: sub-grades we cannot explain

Polish buyers search for "klasa A1", "klasa A4" and "klasa A7". We found no page from a shop this site tracks that defines them. So we do not guess what they mean. If a listing shows one, ask the shop for its own definition before you buy.

The Polish shops this site tracks

This site tracks two Sources based in Poland: cebit.pl and Apple's Polish refurbished store. The table shows each shop's raw label and the Grade it gets on our scale of Like New, Good and Fair.

ShopRaw labelOur scale
cebit.plKlasa ALike New
cebit.plKlasa A-Good
cebit.plKlasa BFair
Apple PL Certified RefurbishedCertified RefurbishedLike New

Klasa A maps to Like New because the shop compares its look to a new machine. Klasa A- sits one step below it, at Good. Klasa B allows cracks, loose hinges and a worn keyboard, so it maps to Fair. Filter the whole catalogue by one Grade on the Grade table, or see the cebit.pl offers with their raw labels.

The numbers: your Market and Poland

The shop count at the top of this page is for your own Market: the shops that deliver to your country. The Polish view is on the Poland page. It lists every Source that delivers to Poland, which includes shops from other countries. In your Market, a laptop with enough memory for daily work sells from €132 (16 GB), seen 16 September 2026. The 16 GB table lists every offer from the cheapest up.

Buying from a Polish shop in another country

Check delivery first. In Polish, the phrase is "wysyła do" (ships to). Each Source on this site has a Ships-to: the countries it delivers to. Both Polish Sources deliver inside Poland only. cebit.pl's terms say: "Towar dostarczany jest wyłącznie na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej." Apple's Polish store has a Ships-to of Poland alone. So a buyer outside Poland does not see these two shops in their own Market.

Business buyers often need an invoice. cebit.pl says: "Tak, na zakupione w naszym sklepie produkty możesz otrzymać fakturę VAT." A "faktura VAT" is a Polish VAT invoice.

The guarantee on a Polish laptop

As a rule, Polish law gives a consumer two years to claim against the seller when the goods do not match the contract. Polish buyers know this right as "rękojmia". UOKiK, the Polish consumer authority, states: "Odpowiedzialność sprzedawcy z tytułu niezgodności towaru z umową trwa 2 lata od dnia wydania towaru". The EU's own page in Polish says that used goods are covered too: "Towary używane kupowane od zawodowego sprzedawcy również są objęte prawnym obowiązkiem zapewnienia zgodności przez okres co najmniej dwóch lat".

For used goods, the same page adds a limit: "W niektórych państwach UE sprzedawca może uzgodnić z Tobą okres krótszy niż dwa lata." It also sets a floor: "Nie może on być jednak krótszy niż jeden rok." So read the shop's terms. cebit.pl's terms keep the full two years: "Sprzedawca ponosi odpowiedzialność za brak zgodności towaru z umową, istniejący w chwili jego dostarczenia i ujawniony w ciągu dwóch lat od tej chwili".

A shop's own warranty ("gwarancja") comes on top of that. cebit.pl gives one: "Na każdy laptop poleasingowy udzielamy 12-miesięcznej gwarancji z możliwością przedłużenia do 24 lub 36 miesięcy." The battery has a shorter warranty: "Gwarancja na baterię wynosi 90 dni."
